Submitting to Lesbians are Miracles Magazine

Who Can Submit: Though our magazine is lesbian/sapphic/wlw-centric, we gladly accept and publish submissions from queers of all orientations. We uphold a strict no-SWERF, no-TERF policy.

What You Can Submit: We accept BOTH previously published and never-before-seen work! We ask only that the work you send us is 100% yours, free and clear.

How to Send Us Your Work: We accept submissions only through email. Please send your work to lesbiansaremiracles@gmail.com. Please use the word "submission" in the subject line, and please also send a short bio including your pronouns and social media handles within the body of your email.

Essay Guidelines: Essays should be submitted as an attachment in Microsoft Word or in a file format we can open in Microsoft Word. Please include the title of your essay at the beginning of the document. We accept essays of up to 2,000 words in length.

Poetry Guidelines: Poetry should be submitted as an attachment or attachments in Microsoft Word or in a file format we can open in Microsoft Word. Please include the title of your poem at the beginning of the document. We accept up to five poems per submission. If submitting more than one poem, we ask that you send each poem as its own individual file. Poems should be able to fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 magazine page while retaining original line breaks. Check out one of our past issues for reference!

Photography and Visual Art: Photography and visual art should be submitted according to the following guidelines:

Artwork must be in JPEG or PNG digital format.
Artwork must be at a minimum of 300 ppi.
ALL mediums will be considered.
